Room was pretty spacious with a comfy King bed. The double-pane windows did a great job blocking out road noise, so it was quiet. Large upholstered chair was nice. It had a fridge, microwave, and in-room coffee maker. The desk chair wasn’t the best though—felt kinda cheap. Also, the bathroom needed some work, like no soap dish and no shampoo. Shower was tiny too, definitely cramped.

Double-pane windows effectively block out the road noise, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The room's equipped with a large upholstered chair, a fridge, a microwave, and an in-room coffee maker—definitely handy for late-night snacks.

The bathroom setup leaves much to be desired, with no soap dish and lacking shampoo. The shower's rather cramped, roughly 30 inches square, which can feel restrictive. Plus, while the location is convenient near a McDonald’s, crossing the busy highway to get there without a crosswalk isn't exactly ideal. The overall dated appearance of the building didn’t inspire much confidence, either. it could use some serious upgrades.

I enjoyed the large upholstered chair in my room, providing a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The peacefulness from the double-pane windows was a lovely bonus for a restful night's sleep.

Surprisingly Comfortable Stay!

I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable king bed in a spacious room. The double-pane windows were a real treat, keeping street noise at bay. Don’t forget to explore the charming downtown area nearby for unique shops! Just be cautious when crossing the highway.

during my stay in rio vista, this place pleasantly surprised me. the king bed was really comfy, and the double-pane windows did a great job blocking out road noise. having a large chair in the room added to the comfort, making the stay enjoyable overall.
